NASH METALS is a full-service processing facility focused on aluminum and stainless steel coil cut-to-length services.

We have invested in the most advanced technology for processing coils to sheet and cut-to-length plate currently available in the industry.

The company is located across the street from Texarkana Aluminum, providing seamless interface with the mill, its clients and the market at large.

There is a unique relationship providing seamless service for processing sheets produced from coils delivered by Texarkana Aluminum, or other mills of stainless steel and aluminum.

We have client interfaces with the mill and our system providing real-time access to inventory, work-in-process, mill test reports, bills of lading, and more.

PLANT

120,000 square foot warehouse on 26 acres allowing for future expansion.
Crane capacity up to 20 tons.
Drive-thru and container bays for flatbed and box trucks.

EQUIPMENT

New 2020 Delta Cut-to-Length line.

This line is the most advanced roller leveling line in the United States and unique in the Southwest market.

Two 5-high levelers with the following specifications (for both stainless steel and aluminum):

Stainless thickness: .018” – .250”
Aluminum thickness: .032” – .250”
Width: 24” – 72”
Length: 24” – 288” standard; up to 480” upon request
Coil weight: 20 tons max
Coil ID: 20” – 24”
Coil OD: 36” – 84”
Exit skid height: 48” max (with skid)
Exit skid weight: 10,000 lbs max
Paper application: top side only
PVC application: top/bottom

Equipped with high-speed rotary shear for tight tolerances:

Length accuracy: ±0.010” for ≤120”
Square accuracy: ±0.020” for ≤120”
Note: Add ±0.001” per 12” beyond 120”
